The Conference Proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Interactive Electronic Library (IEL) as part of IEEE Xplore. Submission implies willingness to register at the conference, pay the registration fee and present the paper in person. Papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author will register and pay the registration fee by June 20, 2016 - no exceptions. Papers accepted in the proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore only if the paper will be presented in person at the conference by one of the authors.

If authors like to post their papers electronically on any web site, any ftp site, or any other electronic dissemination technique, they must include the IEEE Copyright notice on the initial screen displaying the IEEE-copyrighted material.
Prospective authors should submit a full-length manuscript (4 pages minimum, 8 pages maximum, IEEE format), including figures, tables and references representing original contributions in the conference topics. Submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, members of the Programme Committee. Only accepted papers will be included in the Proceedings (that will be submitted for indexing into IEEE Xplore).

A selection of high-quality papers accepted and presented at the conference may be invited for publication in prestigeous internationally recognized journals (subject to extension and additional reviewing).

For their submissions, authors are encouraged to consider the final paper format requirements, as specified at the conference site. Research papers should be original contributions and should not be accepted or submitted elsewhere until the decisions of the INISTA 2016 Program Committee are announced.
