Instructions for Preparing and Submitting Camera Ready Versions of Accepted Papers:

The Conference Proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Interactive Electronic Library (IEL) as part of IEEE Xplore. Submission implies willingness to register at the conference, pay the registration fee and present the paper in person. Papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author will register and pay the registration fee by June 20, 2016 - no exceptions. Papers accepted in the proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore only if the paper will be presented in person at the conference by one of the authors.

1. Prepare the final version of the manuscript using the paper templates linked below (DOC or Latex), using the A4 paper size.

REMEMBER: the final version of a paper in the A4 format given above MUST HAVE MINIMUM 4 pages and MAXIMUM 8 PAGES. 2 extra pages are allowed at the cost of 50 EUR / page.

Please add the following copyright notice as a footnote on the 1st page of paper.

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

2. Register at the conference.

You MUST register to the conference and pay the registration fee before uploading your final paper. Papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author has registered and paid the registration fee by June 20, 2016. One registration covers only one (1) paper. Extra pages (maximum 2) are charged 50 EUR/page.

NO PAPER WILL BE PUBLISHED WITHOUT THE AUTHOR'S COMPLETED REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT.

3. An electronic version of the final manuscript (including the copyright notice) must be generated for the conference proceedings.

From the final manuscript formatted as instructed above and including the copyright notice, authors must generate the electronic version in PDF format. Regardless of its initial format, the file containing the final version of the paper must be transformed in the PDF format using the IEEE PDF express web tool. PDF files generated by means of other tools are not acceptable.

To generate the IEEE Xplore compatible PDF file of your paper, follow these steps:

1. Create your IEEE PDF eXpress account by going to http://www.pdf-express.org and using Conference ID: 38136XP.
   The first time you access the system, please follow the link to New user. Please note that, in order to access the service, you need to allow the use of cookies from the PDF eXpress web site. Once you have registered as a new user:

3. Receive by e-mail the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF of your paper.

4. Fill in and sign the IEEE Copyright Transfer form.

5. Send by email (packed as a zip archive):

If authors like to post their papers electronically on any web site, any ftp site, or any other electronic dissemination technique, they must include the IEEE Copyright notice on the initial screen displaying the IEEE-copyrighted material.

Instructions for Preparing and Submitting the Papers:

Prospective authors should submit a full-length manuscript (4 pages minimum, 8 pages maximum, IEEE format), including figures, tables and references representing original contributions in the conference topics. The submission should be a preliminary version of the final paper NOT an extended abstract.

Submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, members of the Programme Committee. Only accepted papers will be included in the Proceedings (that will be submitted for indexing into IEEE Xplore).

Papers must be formatted according to the IEEE format, conference mode, using the templates available on the IEEE Web site at: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html

A selection of high-quality papers accepted and presented at the conference may be invited for publication in prestigeous internationally recognized journals (subject to extension and additional reviewing).

All contributions should be in correctly formatted in PDF format and should be submitted electronically via EasyChair at: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=inista2016

For their submissions, authors are encouraged to consider the final paper format requirements, as specified at the conference site. Research papers should be original contributions and should not be accepted or submitted elsewhere until the decisions of the INISTA 2016 Program Committee are announced. At least one author of each submission accepted to appear in the proceedings is obliged to register and attend the conference.
