INISTA'2019


International Symposium on INnovations in Intelligent SysTems and Applications (INISTA) has been organized since 2005. It aims to bring together the researchers from the entire spectrum of the multi-disciplinary fields of intelligent systems and to establish effective means of communication between them. In particular, it focuses on all aspects of intelligent systems and the related applications, from the points of view of both theory and practice. Apart of the main track it includes work-shops, tutorials, special sessions and plenary talks by invited speakers.

INISTA 2019 is organized by Institute of Information and Communication Technologies at Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and IEEE Bulgarian Section in cooperation with Yildiz Technical University, Turkey. The conference will be hosted in Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria.

The language of the symposium is English. Details for the submission and all information concerning the symposium can be found at the symposium web site. Submission implies willingness to register at the conference, pay the registration fee and present the paper in person. Papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author will register and pay the registration fee. Papers included in the proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore only if the paper will be presented at the conference by one of the authors.

Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings, available on IEEE Xplore and submitted to be indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection databases.
