COVID_19 UPDATES
Hybrid INISTA 2020 - Physical OR Remotely presentations
We would like to inform you that due the pandemic and the uncertainties regarding to travel restrictions, Organizers of INISTA 2020 conference decided to have Hybrid INISTA 2020.
Thus, the Conference will be held in two ways:
(1) Physical presentation: if it would be possible and for those authors who prefer it. Participants will meet at the conference venue and will deliver oral presentations of papers if allowed by home, host and EU (traveling) regulations at that time. Social and other parallel activities would be minimally additionally charged (in form of additional registration fees, just to cover these expenses) and adapted according to the imposed health restrictions.
(2) Remotely (Virtual/Online) presentation : Participants will join the conference through the
Internet, without traveling to Novi Sad. In this case only registration fees paid for remotely presentations are required.
We strongly believe that situation with COVID-19 virus will be normalized and that we will meet at the end of August.
Participants in the conference will be able to choose one of the two ways, see Registration page.
In order to ensure that the Conference is held in all cases, we will ask all participants to submit a video with their presentation (MP4) by August 15, 2020.
For those authors who prefer to have direct/interactive online presentation adequate infrastructure (teleconferencing support) will be available.
By submitting the video, the delegates will accept the publication and dissemination of their video presentations through the digital channels of the conference, which will be available to the public. We hope that the above is understandable due to the current situation and the restrictions of GDPR.
